1. Return Eligibility

  • All tags and packaging are intact

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    Clear photos (for damaged/defective items)
    Package opening single video clip without any pause.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared through registered email.

4. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping

  • If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it.
  • If not, you may need to ship the product to our return address.

Note: Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
