- Once approved, return instructions will be shared through registered email.
4. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping
- If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange it.
- If not, you may need to ship the product to our return address.
Note: Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item)
