  • Out of Stock Items: If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email or phone to discuss an exchange, a full refund, or an adjusted shipping timeline.

2. Shipping Methods and Partners

  • Registered Courier Service: We partner with leading, reputable Registered Courier Services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, etc.) to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your sports gear across India.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the courier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
